UCSF Hosts Alumni Dinner in Hong Kong
 UCSF hosted a dinner for 12 alumni on January 25 at One Harbour Road, the award winning Chinese Restaurant at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Hong Kong. Among the hosts were Chancellor Bishop, Professor Reg Kelly, Associate Vice Chancellor Jim Asp, and Brenda McNulty, Director of International Development.
As part of a new Asian Initiative, this trip provided an opportunity to introduce the Chancellor and to present an update of recent highlights at UCSF. Half of the alums in attendance were from the School of Medicine, with the remainder from the School of Pharmacy and the School of Dentistry. This was UCSF's first official visit to Hong Kong in many years, and Brenda McNulty plans to return every year with another faculty member or two to host a similar alumni gathering.
